Assured Roofing, a reliable and professional roofing company, approached CMA with the need to modernise their digital presence. Their existing setup lacked both the aesthetic appeal and technical infrastructure needed to compete effectively online. They needed a new website that not only showcased their services in a clean, trustworthy format but also enabled potential customers to contact them easily. Additionally, they wanted to be more discoverable through search engines and improve their overall online credibility.

To address these needs, we designed and built a brand-new website using CMA’s custom-built theme, developed primarily with the Bootstrap 5 framework. This approach allowed for a responsive, mobile-friendly layout that adapted seamlessly across all devices. I implemented custom classes specifically to manage imagery and layout behaviour, ensuring their project portfolio and service offerings were visually appealing and functional. A clear user flow and intuitive navigation were also integrated to enhance usability and encourage lead generation.

A key feature of the site was the contact form, which I configured with SMTP functionality to guarantee reliable form submissions directly to their new professional email inbox. This was crucial in reducing friction for lead inquiries and ensuring every opportunity was captured. The backend was optimized for performance, and basic on-page SEO was implemented to improve their rankings in local searches related to roofing services.

Lastly, I assisted Assured Roofing in transitioning from their previous Gmail email communication to a professional email under their domain. This not only added a layer of legitimacy to their business interactions but also aligned their digital branding with the new website. The end result was a fast, responsive and professional web presence that reflected the quality of service Assured Roofing provides, while also supporting their growth through better lead capture and discoverability.
