I was requested by a client to identify the most suitable Learning Management System (LMS) for their company and specific business needs. This involved a comprehensive analysis of cost, required features and usability. I conducted due diligence by arranging product demos and speaking directly with vendor representatives to ensure a well-informed recommendation.
Drawing on my understanding of the company’s operations and goals, I tailored the build and setup of the LMS to meet their specific needs, developing custom workflows, structuring the platform for optimal use and aligning it with internal processes.
After the workflows and internal processes were implemented, I created written guidance, video walkthroughs and delivered one-on-one/ group training sessions to support staff onboarding and adoption of the new system.
